I had a wonderful stay with a beautifully appointed room and enjoyed the rooftop terrace bar, which offered fantastic views of the city after a day of exploring the many nearby attractions like the Palazzo del Governatore and Cathedral, just a short stroll away.

The room was beautifully renovated, but I struggled with the weak heating at night.

Unfortunately, the nighttime noise from the rooftop bar was quite disruptive. I had to switch rooms due to the loud music, which disturbed my sleep. The parking garage was also very tight, making it a challenge for larger vehicles to maneuver in.

While some staff members were helpful, I did notice a difference in the attentiveness level among them. Lastly, the limited parking spaces were a hassle, so I recommend planning ahead if you're bringing a vehicle.

Couple's night but needs improvement

The rooftop bar was quite the surprise! ! The views were spectacular, but the noise from the party was pretty intense and not what I expected. Also, I had to switch rooms around 11:30 to escape the noise, which was annoying but the staff handled it surprisingly well.

It wasn't cheap but still acceptable.

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, a fitness center, and a cozy bar area. The staff was very helpful during my late check-in, making me feel welcomed. I highly recommend trying the breakfast. it’s a great start to the day! I'm coming back for a business trip.
